In 2015, Raro Labs won an innovation grant launched by Mobilab — the urban mobility agency of the São Paulo City Hall, in partnership with the University of São Paulo (USP). The proposed challenge was to develop an innovative technological platform for the Traffic Engineering Company (CET), focusing on advanced automation and optimized management of traffic lights in the city of São Paulo.
